The Kitchen was another custom creation. The Mural of Mount Fugi as a backdrop draws your eye to the Kitchen from other areas of the Home. Open shelving allows you to find your plates and glasses with ease.
Enjoy the ambiance around the Fire in the day or dusk. Private corner that can seat your family while enjoying the flowering plants,succulents and fruit trees around the yard.
This second story Solarium flanking the Master Bedroom, allows the family to sit and enjoy the view in your robes. The Solarium boasts 180 degree views including the Ocean, Downtown skyline and Coronado Bridge.
The Master Bedroom hosts a queen size bed. Very private with gorgeous distant views of the ocean, downtown skyline and Coronado bridge.
The immediate view as you enter the Home. Open Floor plan and seating accommodations throughout!
A 2 story Living Room brings in lots of natural light. A great space to unwind inside with options on turning candlelight on and feeling the wonderful, cooling sensation of smooth concrete under your feet.
Gold bowls are hung above the fireplace to emphasize the height of the 2 story living room filled with natural light. 2 ottomans in the corner can be repositioned to seat family or simply sit there while resting your back against the wall.
TV is a form of relaxation. A small space was formulated to cozy up in front of the TV but it also implies that the TV is not the only form of finding rest in this home.
Custom designed curtains represent the "Kimono" and are purely decorative but don't worry, this room is mostly shaded from the sun and you can look out at the mature grapevines lining the outside area.
The Dining area was designed as a multi purpose area: Dining, Reading, Gaming, Playing Piano or enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the outside from inside. All Art and Murals are of my creation made specifically to showcase this home as Zen House.
A small wine bar carries the gaming connections as well as the wine accessories
Stainless Steel appliances; a large Fridge and Drop in Freezer for more storage; The coffee machine makes a variety of coffees; an Air fryer/ Toaster combo; a Microwave and Oven with a gas Stove Top; Dishwasher; a Large sink with flexible Faucet.
2 organized drawers of spices are sitting adjacent to the Oven and Stove for efficiency purposes.
A Powder room on the lower level has custom mural on the walls and door. The Powder room hosts a toilet and vanity.
Custom Art. The Mural depicts a Mediterranean scene and adds a window to a room that has none.
Large Custom Art: A birds eye view of a Dervish Dancer. The Chandelier has strong beams, brilliant light to see your way up and down the stairs. The cat walk separates the Master Bedroom for the Secondary rooms.
